Return & Refund Policy / سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

English Version

  • Return Window: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • How to Start a Return: To start a return, contact us at na4273842@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Refunds (Cash on Delivery): Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Since orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account via Bank Transfer (IBAN) within 3 to 7 business days.

  • مهلة الإرجاع: نوفر سياسة إرجاع لمدة 7 أيام، مما يعني أنه لديك 7 أيام بعد استلام منتجك لطلب الإرجاع.

  • شروط الإرجاع: لكي تكون مؤهلاً للإرجاع، يجب أن يكون المنتج في نفس الحالة التي استلمته بها، غير مستخدم، مع وجود البطاقات وفي عبوته الأصلية. ستلزمك أيضاً إيصال أو إثبات الشراء.

  • كيفية البدء في الإرجاع: للبدء في عملية الإرجاع، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني na4273842@gmail.com. إذا تم قبول طلبك، سنرسل لك التعليمات حول كيفية ومكان إرسال طردك. لن يتم قبول المنتجات المرسلة إلينا دون طلب إرجاع مسبق.

  • الأضرار والمشاكل: يُرجى فحص طلبك عند الاستلام والتواصل معنا فوراً إذا كان المنتج معيباً أو تالفاً أو إذا استلمت المنتج الخطأ لنتمكن من معالجة المشكلة.

  • المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع: لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات المخصصة، منتجات العناية الشخصية (التجميل)، المواد الخطرة، المنتجات المخفضة، أو بطاقات الهدايا.

  • الاسترداد (الدفع عند الاستلام): بمجرد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سنبلغك بحالة القبول. نظرًا لأن الطلبات يتم دفعها عند الاستلام، يتم تحويل المبالغ المستردة المقبولة مباشرة إلى حسابك البنكي عبر التحويل البنكي (IBAN) خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
